Task: Transfer Outstanding Technology And Infrastructure Activities To Run Support Team

In this task, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead must make sure that all the agreed activities are completed as per the plan and if any outstanding activity, it needs to be transferred to the Run team in agreement with all relevant stakeholders. The Run team should resolve/ clarify all the issues/problems that will help them take complete ownership of the services.

Once Early Life Support (ELS) is executed as per the agreement, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead will verify that all the activities are completed as planned and the Service Delivery Team is well equipped to handle the services. Any outstanding transition activities will be transferred to the Service Delivery Team.

The Technology And Infrastructure Lead will take all required sign-offs from the relevant stakeholders as per the agreement and transfer the outstanding transition activities to the service delivery team.

This task marks the end of the transition phase. Typically, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead will share any key pointers to be kept in mind for the critical services to the Run team.

The service delivery team should resolve/ clarify all the issues/problems that will help them to stabilize the services. All the relevant stakeholders should be informed on the progress and it is highly recommended to update the lessons learnt database.
